Civil Engineer
Mr. Vivian has been with RSV Engineering working out of the Big Bend Office since 1991. As a Project Manager his responsibilities include wide-ranging civil and municipal engineering projects.
Mr. Vivian has designed the improvement plans for many projects varying in size from small subdivisions to large mixed-use developments. As a design engineer, he was responsible for the road and drainage plans for several subdivisions including an urban single family development and a rural single family development. He is also very familiar with Wisconsin DNR regulations for construction and storm water. He has extensive experience with land disturbance permits and has completed permits for several subdivisions.
Mr. Vivian has design experience which includes several projects for the Wisconsin DOT and he has also designed intersection and signalization plans for several communities.
