Ms. Merson has been with RSV Engineering as an Engineer since 2005 working out of the Jefferson Office.
Ms. Merson has experience in urban/rural highway design including roadway geometrics, pavement design, erosion control planning, pavement marking, permanent signing, construction details, estimates and quantities.
Ms. Merson’s report experience includes pavement type selection reports, encroachment reports for highway projects, design study report, railroad reports, PS & E packages, and post hearing reports for public hearings. She also has construction experience with projects including bridges, box culverts, bike trails and highway construction. Ms. Merson is experienced in right-of-way plats for highway projects involving free acquisition, permanent and temporary interests, utility release of right and access control.
