JOHN S. FLICKINGER

Mr. Flickinger has been with RSV Engineering, Inc. since 2000 and works out of the Jefferson office. He has experience since the mid 1970s in broad-based environmental regulatory compliance and environmental chemistry, and the management and evaluation of environmental compliance.
His experience includes the preparation of environmental impact and assessment documents and reports. He also has experience in air quality, microscopic identification of particulate matter and has published journal articles in this field. Mr. Flickinger has directed remedial investigations and remediation projects under CERCLA, RCRA Corrective Action and state spill and UST clean-up programs.
He has worked with several large corporations to develop internal regulatory compliance programs; has conducted acquisition environmental audits for facilities overseas and directed complex dispersion modeling studies for two facilities in Taiwan. Mr. Flickinger is well versed in a broad range of environmental regulations including state environmental policy act siting regulations.
