JON E. LITSCHER
Governmental Affairs Liaison
Mr. Litscher has been with RSV Engineering, Inc. since 2004 and works out of the Jefferson office. He has years of experience in the public sector and has prepared, documented and presented information to every conceivable public entity.
He has testified at many legislative committees and has worked with both sides of the political spectrum. He has participated in meetings at the state government level that generated press, radio and television contacts. He has also held press conferences and knows how to plan, prepare and deliver in this type of environment.
As part of the RSV team, he is able to present information to the public in a manner that is easily understood. The RSV team has direct personal knowledge and experience in dealings with political and public entities of many counties and Mr. Litscher’s acquired skills can be used in any county and at all levels of its political or public groups found within the county’s borders.
