Civil Engineer
Mr. Barden has been with RSV Engineering since 2005 as an Engineer working out of the Jefferson Office.
Mr. Barden’s experience in Civil Engineering includes assignments as civil engineer, design engineer, resident project engineer, civil technician and surveying crew chief. As a design engineer he has worked on numerous projects including street and utility reconstruction, industrial parks, city parks and sanitary sewer reconstruction. He has overseen municipal and private development where his responsibilities included the generation of erosion control plans, grading plans, pond design, road and site design and sanitary sewer.
Mr. Barden has inspected bridges, detention basin and culvert construction, asphalt and concrete pavement construction and has performed construction staking.
