Mr. Van Henkelum is the President of RSV Engineering, Inc. He oversees the daily operations and coordinates project management for over 60 employees.
Mr. Van Henkelum has professional experience since the mid 1970s as a Civil Engineer and a Land Surveyor, licensed in multiple states. He is familiar with the management design and construction of streets and highways, and is experienced in the practices of transportation departments throughout the Midwest. He has worked on numerous single-family developments and has been responsible for design, rezoning and permit approvals, comprehensive storm water management plans and construction staking inspection. Mr. Van Henkelum is also an expert witness in the field of land surveying and has been responsible for over 1,000 surveys.
