RICHARD T. JIRSA, III
Environmental Scientist
Mr. Jirsa has been with RSV Engineering since 2004 as an Environmental Scientist working out of the Jefferson Office involved in project management, field investigations, sample and data collection and site assessments.
Mr. Jirsa has many years of experience having previously worked for the DNR in various areas of the water resources field pertaining to both lakes and streams. He has been involved in conducting habitat and fish surveys in addition to water quality monitoring in lake and stream environments.
Mr. Jirsa has been a project team leader conducting wetland and environmental corridor delineations and preparing Ch. 30 application packages. He has also conducted Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, transaction screens, groundwater monitoring and assisted with the field supervision of a stream dredging project in southeastern Wisconsin.
